The route planning process is conducted on the Plan Route page.
To initiate the selection of a starting point, simply click the "Start" button. This button brings up a menu with a list of available places. Next to each place is a "View" button. By clicking this button, you can access the Browse Places page, where you can gather more information about each place.
The name of the selected place will be displayed on the button itself.
To specify the endpoint of your route, press the "End" button.
Additionally, you can add new places to your route by clicking the "Add Place" button.
Alongside each place, you have the option to indicate the duration of your stay.
The "Start Date" button allows you to specify the date when your route begins.
As you indicate the place, the route details, including the estimated travel time, route length in kilometers, and a corresponding map will be displayed beneath the buttons.
Car Filtering and Sorting: You have the ability to filter the list of available cars based on specific criteria. This includes the number of seats in the car (e.g., sedan, minivan, etc.) and the driver's spoken language. Furthermore, you can sort the list by increasing or decreasing service prices.
Car Description: Each car listing provides detailed information, including:
Route Fare and Booking: The fare for the selected route is specified for each vehicle. The price is determined by various factors, such as the route length, car type, and duration of the rental. The displayed price on the website is final and will not be subject to change.
To reserve a car, simply click the corresponding "Book the car" button. You will be prompted to provide your name, contact information, as well as the desired place and time of meeting with the driver.
Once a vehicle is reserved, you will receive a confirmation message via email, containing the code for your reserved route and a description of the route. In addition, the driver will contact you through Viber, WhatsApp, Skype, or Telegram (based on your provided contact information) to discuss the details of the meeting.
In the event of a valid complaint against the driver, you have the option to request a driver change.
Similarly, if the vehicle encounters any damage, the company will arrange for a replacement vehicle to be sent to your location.
The price is calculated as follows:
The length of the route specified by you in kilometers is calculated.
To this distance is added the distance that the driver needs to return to the starting point.
The cost of the vehicle you selected to travel this distance, the driver's salary and commission are calculated.
If your tour is for several days or you want the car to wait for you for the next day, then the price is added to the driver's daily salary for the additional days.
This rule also applies to places from which the driver will not be able to return on the same day.
If the location is located outside the borders of Georgia, then the cost of crossing the border is added to the price.
Calculations are done automatically and when selecting a vehicle, you can consider their service prices.
